When we moved to Fishers the movers broke the glass on 2 of our pictures, and the frame on another one. I took them all to Northside Glass to have them fixed. Bob was very nice and extremely helpful. He replaced the glass and repaired the frame so you would never tell it was broken. In the mean time, we had a new print delivered. I went back to Bob to have it framed. Here is where his expertise really came in. We wanted it to have a mat and Bob suggested a rust color to bring out the reds in the print, something neither my wife nor myself would have thought of. It came out fabulous. We will be returning to Northside for any future framing needs.

Ordered a 58 inch tempered glass topper for my table. I am beyond impressed with this place! The customer service started when I first made the call - Sam is super professional, but very nice and able to answer all types of crazy questions that I threw at her. When I went to pick up the glass, they were very nice and professional and loaded my truck and helped me with padding to make sure, my order did not crack and could be transported safely. I would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them for friends and family. Thank you so much for your level of professionalism and care in a world that is so fast paced sometimes we forget the human aspect.
I contacted Northside Glass for the installation of replacement windows for scratched windows that were in place for the new home we just purchased. The inspector came out to give us a quote. Extremely professional and honest about what they could do and what they could not do. He was also transparent with the process and timing of the glass that needed to be cut and prepared for the job. When the glass was ready I was informed and a date set. CJ came on the agreed upon date and time. He too was extremely professional and did the work as specified and the new windows look so much better to look out of than the previous scratched windows. To me, replacing broken glass sliding doors in an old bookcase seemed like a daunting task. Northside Glass and Mirror was highly recommended by an expert furniture restorer.
